Hi, I'm Roisin, co-founder of Dual Lens Advisory Group.

My background is a little different to most people you'll meet in the safety and advisory space. I started out as a physiotherapist, which means before I ever stepped into a workplace advisory role, I already had a deep, clinical understanding of injury, function, and recovery.

Over the course of my career, I've worked across complex and regulated workplace environments, leading injury management and WorkCover claims, implementing WHS systems, providing occupational health advisory support, and working in close partnership with HR, legal, and leadership teams to build workplaces that are genuinely safer and more sustainable.

What I find most interesting about this work is where things intersect. The cases that sit at the crossroads of clinical outcomes, operational pressures, governance requirements, and real human impact. I've advised leaders, built capability within teams, and worked through complex matters where health, safety, liability, and people outcomes all need to be held at once.

As co-founder of Dual Lens, I get to bring all of that together as an independent practitioner, working with organisations on WHS compliance, injury management, psychosocial risk, mediation, and the people frameworks that underpin safe and high-performing workplaces.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll most likely find me doing anything active, walking my dog Gus and spending time trying new cafes around Geelong.

Hi, I'm Giselle, co-founder of Dual Lens Advisory Group.

My career has taken me through some genuinely challenging environments including emergency services, senior leadership, and critical incident command. What those experiences gave me, more than anything, is a deep understanding of what it actually takes to manage people well when the stakes are real.

Over the past decade (and then some), I've worked across the full spectrum of complex people matters: misconduct and workplace investigations, mediation, performance management, recruitment, terminations, and leadership development. I've managed workforce matters under union scrutiny, conducted investigations that have had to withstand legal challenge, and briefed executives in situations where getting it wrong simply wasn't an option.

What that means in practice is that I don't just know what good process looks like on paper. I know what it takes to execute it well under pressure, with fairness, clarity, and outcomes that actually hold. These processes are complemented by my bachelor of Psychology and post-graduate studies in HR. 

Most HR and ER practitioners come from one of two places: deep HR knowledge, or real operational experience. I'm lucky enough to bring both.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll most likely find me at the local cafe with my dog Nellie, or at the beach.
