How much do your services cost?
To ensure our pricing is accurate, transparent and tailored to your needs, we provide a detailed quote after reviewing your enquiry and understanding the scope of work.
Once we've had an initial free 30-minute conversation and assessed what's required, you'll receive a breakdown of fees so you can make an informed decision.
Are you insured?
Yes. Both directors of Dual Lens hold comprehensive professional indemnity insurance.
Do you work with organisations interstate or overseas?
Yes. Dual Lens Advisory Group works with organisations across Australia and internationally. We primarily operate remotely, allowing us to support clients efficiently regardless of location. Where interstate or overseas travel or on-site presence is requested, this can be arranged by agreement, with any additional costs discussed and confirmed in advance.
Do you offer one off support or ongoing partnerships?
Both. Dual Lens provides one off, issue specific support such as workplace investigations, mediation and guided resolution for standalone matters.
For organisations wanting regular access to advice, we also offer ongoing partnerships through a monthly guided resolution retainer. This gives our clients consistent support, early intervention capability and a trusted point of contact whenever challenges arise.
The monthly retainer pricing is dependent on the size of the organisation and the support hours required.
How quickly can Dual Lens commence an engagement?
We are able to commence most engagements quickly, often with minimal onboarding. As an independent advisory service, we integrate efficiently with leadership and HR teams, allowing us to provide timely support where matters are sensitive or time-critical.
