Roisin Fradd

Co-Founder & Director

Roisin is a highly experienced allied health professional with expertise in complex return to work coordination, occupational health and safety, and workplace wellbeing. She leads with a genuine person-centred approach, ensuring that both organisational needs and individual experiences are understood and supported.

She is currently completing postgraduate specialisation in Industrial Relations, with a particular interest in how fair and transparent workplace systems support psychological safety, staff retention and positive team culture.

Giselle Fradd

Co-Founder & Director

Giselle has extensive experience in people, performance and critical incident management. She has qualifications in psychology, human resources, and leadership and management, with specialised training in advanced workplace investigations.

Giselle is highly skilled in guiding leaders through complex workplace challenges, fostering accountability, and building confidence in communication and decision-making. She is passionate about creating consistent and predictable workplace practices that support the safety and wellbeing of both organisations and their employees.

Giselle is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS)

The name Dual Lens Advisory Group reflects our core philosophy; the most effective workplace solutions come from examining challenges through multiple, informed perspectives. As sisters and co-founders, each with distinct yet complementary expertise, we bring a unique ‘dual lens’ to every engagement. We balance analytical insight with emotional intelligence, policy with people, and strategy with empathy.

Beyond our own duality, we also recognise the importance of aligning our lens with that of our clients.
